June marked a huge month for Floc and the T&R team, who travelled to Sydney to showcase our premium wool acoustic range to the movers and shakers of the Australian design industry at the 2024 Design Show Australia.

We engaged with hundreds of architects, designers, and building specifiers over the three-day fair and received an overwhelmingly positive response to Floc, with designers impressed by our product’s groundbreaking natural, sustainable, and functional qualities. This is encouraging as we plan for expansion into the Australian market.

Located in the first-ever New Zealand Pavilion, supported by NZTE, and alongside seven other leading New Zealand brands including our woolly friends Bremworth and Wilson & Dorset, we couldn’t have been prouder to champion New Zealand wool and promote our commitment to sustainability and innovation to an international audience. It was great to hear Tom, Floc’s Business Development Manager, speak on the panel ‘Embracing Nature’s Palette: Aotearoa New Zealand’s sustainable materials for design’, too.

The Design Show Australia was a significant milestone for T&R Interior Systems and our Floc range. It provided an excellent platform to introduce our innovative, sustainable products to the Australian market and beyond. We look forward to continuing our journey, promoting sustainable design, and supporting the New Zealand wool industry at every step.
